Returns, Damaged Parts, Backorder Policy

100% Customer Satisfaction Every Time!

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your product. In the event you are not 100% satisfied, please refer to the following instructions for Easy Returns or Warranties/Damaged Items. Parts returned beyond 30 days from the date of purchase are subject to a restocking fee.

If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box prepaid within 3 months, with a copy of the invoice, for a refund/exchange. When making a return, please remember a few rules of thumb so your return can be processed as quickly as possible.

Completely fill out the return form after printing from the link provided below and make a copy for your own records. NO returns will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice.
Send the package pre-paid (FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service INSURED) to:

No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only, minus 20% re-stocking fee - no refunds on handling/shipping charges.

Inspect your shipment upon arrival!

Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Used items still under manufacturers warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before an exchange/replacement can be authorized.

Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers' defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance. If you are returning electrical parts for warranty consideration, please send us an email or call 1-386-243-0235 to speak to a Customer Service representative.

Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.

We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts.

Even with our large inventory, backorders can occur.

If this happens, we will notify you with the option of a full refund and/or partial refund if the backordered part happens to be part of a larger order. If you opt to wait for backordered parts without refund, we'll pay the shipping on the backordered part when it becomes available.
